Simply Support Sessions are an opportunity to receive support from a Registered Professional Therapist at a more cost-effective rate than individual therapy, providing a chance to maximize your benefits budget.

What are Simply Support Sessions?

Simply Support Sessions are an opportunity to receive support from a Registered Professional Therapist at a more cost-effective rate than individual therapy. The time commitment is short (2 sessions that are 2 hours long each, for a total commitment of 4 hours). Also, the sessions are available on evenings and weekends, as well as either in-person or online, to best meet your schedule. The best part: you will leave the sessions with practical strategies, interventions, tools, and abilities, that can be easily integrated into your everyday life – right away!

How are the Simply Support Sessions different from Individual Therapy Sessions?

These sessions present an opportunity to participate with 4 to 12 other people that are struggling with similar concerns and challenges you might be facing. This style of therapy creates the opportunity to not only hear from others that might be voicing concerns you might have, but also the chance to learn from your peers! The guidance of your facilitator (a Registered Professional Therapist) provides structure and critical tools to guide the conversation, and you have the added benefit of hearing from others in the group (whether they are sharing their own story, or asking questions that maybe you don’t want to ask!). Eliminating or reducing isolation in our hectic and frustrating pandemic situation is one of the best things we can do right now.
